This Privacy Policy describes how Hospital OS collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our marketing site, create an account, or use the service.
2. Information we collect
Account and workspace data: hospital or clinic name, subdomain, administrator name, email, authentication details, subscription and billing status, and operational data you enter into the product (such as patients, appointments, and clinical records) as configured by your organization.
Marketing site usage: when you visit the public landing page we may log session identifiers, page path, referrer, browser and device information, language, approximate screen size, and IP address to understand traffic and improve the site.
Payment information: paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive billing metadata from Stripe but do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Sign-in with Google: if enabled, Google provides account identifiers and profile information according to your Google account settings and our OAuth configuration.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, process signups and subscriptions, communicate about your account, improve product performance, analyze marketing traffic, comply with law, and prevent abuse.
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers that help us operate Hospital OS (for example hosting, email, analytics, payment processing, and authentication). We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Marketing visit logs are kept for a limited operational period unless a longer retention period is required.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You can update account details in product settings where available. You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain information by contacting us, subject to legal and contractual limits. Browser settings can limit cookies; some features may not work without them.
8. International use
Hospital OS may be accessed from multiple countries. Data may be processed in jurisdictions where we or our providers operate.
9. Children
Hospital OS is a business service for healthcare organizations, not directed at children. Patient records may include minors as entered by authorized staff under applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
